Mask Update - Church Council met last night and the decision was made to remove the mask requirement for the sanctuary. With the decrease in the number of positives and hospitalizations for our county, the Council felt that this was the right decision. The Council does recommend if you are unvaccinated to wear a mask.  If you will be working with children we ask that you wear a mask as children under the age of 12 are not approved for vaccination yet.

Oktoberfest Sign Up Sheets are in the Narthex.  There is something for everyone.  If you don't want to be in the crowds, we have a kitchen job that would keep you inside. If you need a sit down job, Ticket Booths and Kids Area could use your help. The Food Booth is going to need a lot of volunteers.  The Beer Booth is fast paced and is always a fun time. Take a moment to sign up as we cannot to Oktoberfest without you.

Update!
The Church Council reviewed the COVID-19 numbers for Galveston and Galveston County and re-issued the requirement of wearing masks in the church buildings. This change reflects that we are in the midst of a severe spike in the pandemic and that our local medical systems are stressed by the current surge. Please be mindful of the most vulnerable in our midst, as children under the age of 12 are not eligible for the vaccine at this time.

HOME Holy Communion Package: If you need home communion supplies as you worship virtually, please contact the Church Office as 409-762-8477 to arrange for your package of wafers.
